Meal Preparation Services 

How it Works

You decide which meal plan best suites your needs - we will send you an order form to choose your meals, snacks, desserts etc. Once we receive your order we will complete all the grocery shopping for you. Groceries are INCLUDED in the price. We try to purchase foods from the local market as much as possible to keep the food fresh and local while supporting our community. We will then on a day of your choosing come and prepare all of the chosen meals in your kitchen. We will leave your kitchen cleaner then we found it including doing all of the dishes, sweeping the floor, wiping down the work space. Meals can then be put into the freezer for use that week or anytime. For those with limited freezer space we can come twice a week to prepare meals so that they can be kept fresh in the refrigerator. * If you don't see a meal plan listed here that fits your needs please feel free to contact us, we'd love to come up with a custom meal plan just for you!

Allergies

We specialize in preparing meals for with those with allergies especially those allergic to dairy, eggs and gluten or who are vegan - Jenny is allergic to pretty much everything! *There is a $30 additional charge for those with allergies to dairy and gluten due to the specialty groceries that are required.
